Plate Weddings are magical events, a symphony of love and joy. To channel this beauty and romance, I've crafted a 'Something Blue' Wedding Tablescape, using the elegant yet affordable partyware from Luzhou pcak. Drawing inspiration from the 2019 wedding trend of embracing diverse shades of blue, I've designed a table setting that's as inviting as it is aesthetically pleasing.
For the centerpiece, in keeping with the year's trends, I opted for pedestal arrangements. I used glass pedestals that harmonize perfectly with glass candle holders, adding an element of reflective beauty. The flowers of choice were blue hydrangeas, in line with our color theme, interspersed with roses of varying sizes in white and light pink to create a contrasting effect. Roses, with their timeless charm, always infuse romance into any setting. To add drama and texture, I included sprigs of grass, a popular choice in 2019 wedding decor. The final touches were added with different types of greenery and smaller floral arrangements for a cohesive look.
To further enhance the dreamy vibe, I placed candles in short votives and tall tapered candles amidst the floral arrangements. There's no denying the intimate ambiance a candlelit meal creates, is there?
Moving on to the place setting, I started with a dusty blue charger and layered it with the Caterer Choice 10” and 7” bone plates with gold trim, conveniently available in a combo pack. A knotted blue napkin was placed over the top, keeping our blue theme consistent. On either side of the plates, I added White Secrets gold cutlery, also available as a combo pack with forks, spoons, and knives. For beverages, the 8 oz 1-piece wine goblet and 5 oz 2-piece champagne flutes were the perfect choices for water and toasting drinks.
